As the case with most home grown or home made items, home brewed beer and wine
tends to be fresher, taste better and is created more cheaply than the products purchased
from stores. You can focus on creating the beer and wine you enjoy. The work of
creation, when shared, can be as enjoyable as the end product. No wonder so many
people are taking up the craft of home brewing. Most cities now have a store
that sells brewing supplies, and there is a wealth of information from books,
store owners, fellow brewers and magazines.
